Primary and alternate provider(s) roles
You should indicate in the application template which role(s) the organisation(s) are expressing an interest in.
You may only wish to express an interest in being the primary provider, and you should say so.
If you are interested in being either the primary provider or the alternate provider in an area, you are expected to provide details about how you will deliver children’s advocacy, and how you will ensure you can meet the needs of children, in both circumstances.
We expect organisations’ applications to outline their plans for cooperative working with other advocacy providers, whether they wish to be the primary or alternate provider.
We will issue a list of providers in each local authority once the expressions of interest exercise has concluded and expect organisations to liaise closely with others involved in delivering the provision.
