Advice received regarding Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board: EIR release

Information requested
I refer to my recent application for a licence to shoot seals on behalf on the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board (your ref EC06) which was recently turned down.
I am minded to appeal this decision. However, I cannot do so within the current timeframe, without full knowledge of the advice received by MS-LOT in making their determination.
I would be grateful therefore if you could provide me with all advice received regarding EC06, including, but not limited to, advice from NatureScot and Marine Scotland Science.”

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exception under Regulation 11(2) (personal information of a third party) of the EIRs applies to that information. The reason why that exception applies is explained in the Annex to this letter.
