Restitution Fund: annual report 2025 to 2026
A report on the monies from Restitution Orders paid into the Restitution Fund since 2021, which will be used to provide support services to police officers, police staff and those assisting them who have been victims of assault in Scotland in the course of their duties.
4. Administration costs
4.1 There have been no additional costs incurred in administering the Restitution Fund.
