Restitution Fund: annual report 2025 to 2026
A report on the monies from Restitution Orders paid into the Restitution Fund since 2021, which will be used to provide support services to police officers, police staff and those assisting them who have been victims of assault in Scotland in the course of their duties.
3. Awards and Recipients
3.1 To date no awards have been made from the Fund. It is anticipated that the Fund will open to applications for the first time on 31 July 2026.
