The answers to your questions are as follows:
1. Please confirm the manufacturer of your telephony system(s) that are currently in place?
Answer: Mitel are the manufacturer.
2. When was the installation date of your telephony equipment?
Answer: It was installed in March 2017.
3. Who maintains your telephony system(s)?
Answer: Scottish Government
4. Please confirm value of the initial project and value of annual support/maintenance services (in £)?
Answer: £40k initial project costs with an annual cost of £10k.
5. When is your contract renewal date?
Answer: The contract is due for renewal in April 2020.
6. Please confirm the manufacturer of your Contact centre system(s) that are currently in place?
Answer: Mitel are the manufacturer.
7. When was the installation date of your contact centre infrastructure?
Answer: It was installed in March 2017.
8. Who maintains your contact centre system(s)?
Answer: Scottish Government.
9. Please confirm value of the initial project and value of annual support/maintenance services (in £)?
Answer: £9.5k initial project costs with an annual cost of £200.
10. How many contact centre employees/agents do you have?
Answer: AiB have no contact centre employees or agents.
11. When is your contract renewal date?
Answer: The contract is due for renewal in April 2020.
12. Do you use Unified Communications or Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Skype for Business/ Cisco/Avaya/Mitel? If yes, what tools are you currently using?
Answer: AIB use Mitel for fixed telephony and Skype for Business.
13. How many employees do you have overall within your organisation?
Answer: AiB has 130 employees as at 31st October 2019.
14. Who currently provides your calls and lines?
Answer: Gamma provides this service.
15. What is your current annual spend on calls and lines?
Answer: Calls average at £300 a year. There are no line rental costs to Gamma. AiB are currently paying line rental costs to Vodafone, at a cost of £335, excluding VAT, per calendar month.
16. When is your contract renewal date?
Answer: The contract is due for renewal in March 2020.
17. Are you using SIP or ISDN?
Answer: AiB use SIP.
18. Do you use a wide area network?
Answer: Utilise SWAN is used by AiB.
