STEM Strategy Implementation Group
Overview
The STEM Strategy Implementation Group was formed in December 2017. Its remit is to:
- develop and oversee a delivery plan for the actions within the STEM Strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration and joint working across the education and training sectors
- produce an annual report on progress with the delivery of the Strategy, which will be provided to Parliament
- oversee the collation and analysis of data on performance of the education and training system against the aims of the Strategy, to measure progress against agreed KPIs and to provide evidence for annual reporting
- keep the actions in the Strategy under review, to ensure that they reflect ongoing developments in the education and training sector and remain deliverable
