Short-Life Working Group on Terminal Illness for Disability Assistance (SLWG)

The Group is responsible for developing the Chief Medical Officer's (CMO’s) Guidance for Registered Medical Practitioners to make clinical judgements about terminal illness for the purpose of disability assistance. It will provide the necessary framework and support for the role that registered medical practitioners will continue to provide.

The Group is supported with expertise and worked examples by the Terminal Illness Stakeholder Reference Group (SHRG).
