Short Life Mental Health Legislation Commencement Consideration Group
Overview
The short life working group was established to provide members with the opportunity to share, from their organisational viewpoints, evidence as to the effective continued operation of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Scotland Act 2003 during the coronavirus pandemic and whether there appears to be a need for the commencement of temporary measures to ease difficulties in complying with the current legislation.
