Refugee Task Force

Overview

The Refugee Taskforce was established in September 2015 and brought together key stakeholders to co-ordinate Scotland's response to the humanitarian crisis arising from the conflict in Syria.

Its work focused on ensuring that immediate practical arrangements were in place for the arrival of resettled refugees in Scotland, as well as longer term issues to support integration.

The taskforce concluded its work in spring 2016.
