The Director of Corporate Transformation and Workplace leads the Corporate Transformation and Workplace Directorate.

Biography

Brian is experienced in business, leadership, IT, process and people-change delivery.

He has been responsible for leading large scale, organisation-wide transformations and has worked extensively with executive stakeholders and directors to deliver outcomes.

The majority of Brian’s career has been inside financial services, where he has held a number of senior roles, including Head of Change for Standard Life Investments before moving on to senior operations and change management positions within CYBG plc, Three Degrees West Ltd and Skyscanner.

Brian lives in Edinburgh and is married with three children.
