Further changes have been made as follows:
- The accredited vets list has been updated to show the practice names alone;
- The codes and payment rates for AWMP have been amended to show that pneumonia is for cattle only, and that the preventing lameness specific action has a separate code for cattle;

- There has also been a change to the legal framework following approval by the European Commission. Article 46 of Commission Regulation 1974/2006 has been amended by the introduction of Commission Regulation No. 679/2011. This change requires that a revision clause be provided from 2012 onwards for commitments undertaken for a period of between 5 and 7 years pursuant to Articles 39, 40 and 47 of Regulation 1698/2005 (agri-environment payments, animal welfare payments and forest environment payments) which extend beyond the end of the current programming period to allow for their adjustment to the legal framework of the programming period. If adjustment is not accepted by the beneficiary the commitment will expire and reimbursement shall not be required in respect of the period during which the commitment was effective. This new clause has been added to the undertakings/declarations section of the application form.
