Executive Summary

The Scottish Crime and Justice Survey (SCJS) is a large-scale social survey which asks people about their experiences and perceptions of crime. The 2016/17 survey is based on around 5,570 face-to-face interviews with adults (aged 16 or over) living in private households in Scotland. This report presents the results of the sixth SCJS, with interviews conducted between April 2016 and May 2017.
