Low Carbon Scotland: The Draft Report on Proposals and Policies: Strategic Environmental Assessment: Environmental Report

DescriptionThe Scottish Government has undertaken a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the draft Report on Proposals and Policies (RPP). The SEA is required by the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. The SEA identifies Scotland’s existing environmental resources and then explains how these might be affected by the draft RPP. This will help to improve environmental sustainability of the final RPP.
