- The '% attending a day centre full time' is an estimate of those attending a day centre 5 days a week as a percentage of all adults attending a day centre.
- The number of adults attending a day centre as a percentage of all adults known to a local authority and the number of adults with alternative opportunities as a percentage of all adults known to a local authority are estimates as the figures may not have come from the same base of individuals.
- Figures for Argyll & Bute, Eilean Siar, Renfrewshire and Perth & Kinross are based on 2006 estimates.
