The findings from this research are being used to design processes for changes of circumstances and debt repayment. This includes informing service design decisions about how Social Security Scotland will contact clients about changes of circumstances.
The Scottish Government will continue to work with the Experience Panels in the development of Scotland's new social security system. This will include further research on individual benefits and work to help the development of Social Security Scotland.
