This form is for solicitors to request payment of fees related to applications for Scotland’s Redress Scheme. This includes work done on behalf of next of kin applicants and nominated beneficiaries.
You should not submit a fee request before your work with your client has finished.
There is a separate form for solicitors to claim expenses related to costs incurred on behalf of a client in connection with an application to Scotland’s Redress Scheme, such as money you have spent getting or certifying record for your client.
