This form has to be used and submitted at least 6 months prior to the formal application by the community body, and it must be submitted by a compliant body. It’s from Schedule 2 of The Right to Buy Land to Further Sustainable Development (Applications, Written Requests, Ballots and Compensation) (Scotland) Regulations 2020.
