This form has to be used by a compliant body in order to inform Scottish Ministers of the ballot result. This ballot is to demonstrate the community support for the application for the right to buy. It’s from Schedule 4 of The Right to Buy Land to Further Sustainable Development (Applications, Written Requests, Ballots and Compensation) (Scotland) Regulations 2020
