PECOS Gateway: guide for public bodies
Guide to implementing and using the PECOS Gateway for procurement purposes.
Training and support
Training requirements will be discussed as part of each implementation and depending upon the level of training required associated costs may be incurred.
Training will be delivered by the service provider on a 'train the trainer' basis so all training can then be managed locally.
Users will have access to a helpdesk where they can log PECOS Gateway related issues, track progress and obtain advice.
