101 and 999 call volumes

Total weekly 999 & 101 calls remain below 2019 levels

  • The number of 999 calls has risen through July, while 101 calls have fallen to their lowest levels seen since March.
  • In the week ending 2nd August there were 40,216 calls made.
  • When combined, calls were down 1% on the previous week.
