An errata was published on 10 September 2020 as a result of changes on PDF page 14 to Table 2.3. The text was updated to state ‘Looking cumulatively across April to July 2020, incidents were 9% higher than the equivalent period in 2019’ rather than 8% as was originally published. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes
