Can you explain what this relates to, whether as a pay off settlement or whether it relates to money in lieu of notice or some other contractual arrangement or otherwise?

Can I check if the board voted to terminated his contract, and whether was the voting numbers were (unanimous or majority)?

Can I check how much has been spent for recruitment services for Ferguson Marine to recruit senior managers, executives and board directors since nationalisation?

And how much has been spent on recruitment services as a whole?

Can I check how much Odgers Berndtson has received for recruitment services for Ferguson Marine since the shipyard firm was nationalised?

Can I check how much it received for recruitment services that led to Mr Tydeman'sappointment?

And can I check how the tender was advertised, and how many applied for the tender, and where it was announced?

Can i check the contract given to Odgers Berndtson for recruitment services to find two exec directors on August 21, 2023, and the 21/08/2023 and the one for the same services on January 12, 2024 are two separate contracts.

Can I check how much 3x1 getting from Ferguson Marine/Scottish Government for taking on PR inquiries regarding Mr Tydeman's departure from Clark Communications and was this contract put out to tender?

• David Tydeman will only receive his entitlement under contract. Ferguson Marine are still to confirm this amount.

Can you explain what this relates to, whether as a pay off settlement or whether it relates to money in lieu of notice or some other contractual arrangement or otherwise.

• It will relate to pay-in-lieu of notice.

Can I check if the board voted to terminated his contract, and whether was the voting numbers were (unanimous or majority)?
