“how many separate pieces of correspondence did the Scottish Government receive in relation to the illegal poisoning of the white-tailed eagle found dead on a grouse moor in April 2020 having been poisoned with a banned toxin.”

The answer to your question is 2,251 pieces of correspondence. This is the total number of correspondence cases we received. Of these, 2,246 were received up until the date of your request (13 August 2020), and five further pieces of correspondence were received between then and the issuing of this response.
