"All records relating to grants paid or approved under the Leader Scheme of the Scottish Rural Development Programme during Year 1919/1920 to organisations, businesses etc based within Post Codes IV19, IV20 and IV25."

I have assumed you mean the years 2019/2020.
Firstly, as a bit of background, Approvals for all LEADER projects across Scotland had to be submitted by 31 December 2019, so there were no Approvals made in 2020.
