Local authorities’ postponement of funded childcare hours: FOI release

Information requested
All internal correspondence or documentation (including emails, attachments, typed or handwritten notes, letters, notes/records of phone calls, texts or instant messages, minutes of meetings, briefings or otherwise) relating to the postponement of the August 2020 deadline for local authorities' to deliver 1140 funded childcare hours. I would like this information from 15 March 2020 to 05 April 2020.

Under section 25(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
I enclose some of the information you requested in Annex B. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you requested because exemptions under FOISA apply. The reasons why those exemptions apply are explained in Annex C.
