Please limit to the time period of September 2019 - present.

Please limit to the time period of September 2019 - present.

Please limit to the time period of September 2019 - present.

- All correspondence (including emails, attachments, typed or handwritten notes, letters, notes/records of phone calls, texts or instant messages, minutes of meetings, briefings or otherwise) between Roseanna Cunningham and Alok Sharma relating an consequences of the recent Italian lock down due to corona virus. Please limit to the time period of December 31 2019 - present.

Response

I attach a copy of the information you requested at ANNEX A. I have put the documents and emails in to a table. I have redacted the names and telephone numbers of staff members below Deputy Director level.

Some of the information you have requested is available from Glasgow City Council. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. 
If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

Whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exception under the following regulations apply:
