Response:
Most of the information you have requested is available from the additional dataset published alongside our 'Criminal Proceedings in Scotland, 2017-18' bulletin. The workbook titled 'Causing death by dangerous driving, careless driving and careless driving when under influence of drink/drugs' can be viewed online at this link: https://www2.gov.scot/Topics/Statistics/Browse/Crime-Justice/Datasets/DatasetsCrimProc/DDCD1718.
Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
With regards to offences where the driver was unlicensed, uninsured or disqualified, there was one person prosecuted in 2015-16 under Section 3ZB Road Traffic Act 1988 who was found not guilty.
