This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Public Pensions Agency does not have the information you have requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Public Pensions Agency does not have the information you have requested because doctors employed by Health Boards cannot be identified on our administration system. Doctors are classed under the same pension regulations as the majority of NHS Pension Scheme Members, so are not coded differently on our system.
