The answers to your questions are:
1. The Scottish Government currently utilises the following applications:
Finance System - Oracle Financials running on e-Business Suite R12.
Procurement System - Professional Electronic Commerce Online System, Purchase to Pay (PECOS P2P).
HR/Payroll system - Oracle Human Capital Management running on e-Business Suite R12.
2. The Scottish Government has perpetual licences for each of these applications therefore there are no contract end dates.
