Information requested
Request if the SGRPID Oban Office have any documentation pertaining to the sale of Mungosdail Forest, Drimnin in 2010. I understand it was put up for sale by FCS in 2 lots. Lot 1 the forest, and Lot 2 a small field in a Sealed Bid. There was a separate section of access road sold under appropriation order.
I further understand that SGRPID Oban may have records of this sale from when it was the Department for Agriculture.
Response
Please find attached a copy of the appropriation order for the access road which was previously owned by SGRPID. Also included is a colour copy of the plan which highlights the area of the appropriation order more clearly.
