Procurement - employee services contract

Overview

Employee Services is a call-off contract under the Crown Commercial Services Framework for Employee Services framework agreement RM3704.

Under this single supplier agreement, staff can access employee services on a 'one stop shop', fully-managed service basis. The service includes a secure online administration portal, accessed via a single login, customised and branded by department/organisation.

What is in scope

Staff can access four core services:

• childcare voucher scheme
• cycle to work scheme
• give as you earn scheme
• employee discount scheme

What is out of scope

The contract does not cover:

• reward and recognition voucher scheme
• eye testing scheme
• employee assistance programme
• counselling services
• occupational health

Who can use this

The services under this call-off agreement are available to staff within Scottish Government core directorates and Scottish Government main bargaining units.
