LEADER - Forms for Local Action Group Use

Quarterly claim packs

The dates you should submit the claim forms for 2012 are as follows:

Q3 October to December - submit by 27 January 2012

Q4 January to March - submit by 27 April 2012

Q1 April to June - submit by 27 July 2012

Q2 July to August - submit by 26 October 2012

Monthly reporting forms
To be completed by each LAG detailing amount spent on projects and administration and submitted to the SG by the 7th of each month

Overpayment Notification Form
To be completed by LAGs and submitted to Rural Communities Team when an overpayment/irregularity is identified.

End Year Report Form
To be submitted by 30 April 2012.

On the spot check form
To be used by Lead Partners each time they undertake an on the spot inspection. This form should be sent to the SG within 30 days of the inspection taking place.

Ex post checks form
To be completed by the Lead Partners each time they complete an ex post check. This form should be sent to the SG within 30 days of the inspection taking place.

Capital Checklist
To be used in conjunction with the on the spot check form if a capital project is being inspected. This form should be sent to the SG within 30 days of the inspection taking place.

Leader Query Form

To be completed when requesting guidance from Scottish Government regarding LEADER.  Before a query is submitted plese check the current LEADER Technical Guidance and seek advice from your delegated authority (the Lead Partner).
