SG Staff supporting constitutional reform

Elections and Constitution Division supports constitutional reform work including the implementation of the Scotland Act 2012 and the devolution of more powers to the Scottish Parliament. It is also responsible for policy on elections, plus legislation and electronic counting systems for local government elections. Other staff contribute to this work in relation to their own policy areas as and when required.

The tables below show the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) staff by grade working on constitutional policy and the referendum on constitutional change.
