Population and Migration - ScotStat

ScotStat is a network for users and providers of Scottish Official statistics. It aims to improve communication amongst those interested in particular statistics and facilitate the setting up of working groups on specific statistical issues. Information on consultation and planning activity undertaken in relation to Population and Migration is held on the website of the National Records of Scotland (NRS).

If you are keen to find out more about work relating to Population and Migration Statistics or any other facet of the work of the Scottish Government Statistics Group, you can register with ScotStat to receive updates. ScotStat Committees/Groups

The Population and Migration Statistics Committee is responsible to the ScotStat board. The group discusses the characteristics, structure and dynamics of the population and assesses how this information can be extened and improved. It also acts as the Census Advisory Group for Scotland. The Population and Migration Statistics Commitee pages contain minutes and papers relating to the group.
