LABOUR MARKET STATISTICS USER DAY 2009

The Labour Market Statistics User Day consisted of a mixture of presentations and interactive workshops which focused on:

  • An Introduction to the Labour Market Statistics Branch and the Data we produce
  • An overview of how Scotland's Labour Market has performed in the past and what the latest developments may be (and what statistics we use to monitor this)
  • An outline of what use Central Government makes of Labour Market statistics through its Economic Strategy and National Performance Framework.
