Scottish Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in constant basic prices grew by 0.2% during the fourth quarter of 2013.
Output in the Services sector grew by 0.6%. Total output in the Production sector contracted by 0.7%. Output in the Construction sector contracted by 1.0%.
On an annual basis, comparing the latest quarter (2013 Q4) with the same quarter in the previous year (2012 Q4), GDP grew 1.7%.
Calendar year growth for 2013, i.e. comparison of the four quarters of 2013 with the four quarters of 2012, was 1.6%.
