Scottish Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in constant basic prices grew by 0.4 per cent during the first quarter of 2013.
Output in the Services sector grew by 0.8 per cent. Total output in the Production sector grew by 0.1 per cent. Output in the Construction sector contracted by 2.5 per cent.
On an annual basis, comparing the latest quarter (2013 Q1) with the same quarter in the previous year (2012 Q1), GDP grew 1.2%.
