Scottish Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in constant basic prices grew by 0.5 per cent during the fourth quarter of 2012.
Output in the Services sector grew by 0.3 per cent. Total output in the Production sector grew by 1.1 per cent. Output in the Construction sector expanded by 0.6 per cent.
On an annual basis, comparing the latest quarter (2012 Q4) with the same quarter in the previous year (2011 Q4), GDP grew 0.4%.
Calendar year growth between 2011 and 2012 in Scotland was 0.3 per cent.
