Understanding Quality and Performance

This page is intended to provide links to the key sources which provide an understanding of quality and performance across Social Services in Scotland.  As the Vision and Strategy for Social Services In Scotland 2015-2020 states “A better understanding, by all involved in the delivery of services of the evidence on quality and performance will lead to the improvement of services and interventions, in turn leading to better outcomes for individuals, families and communities.” This page is intended to help support that better understanding.

This page has been updated at June 2016. If you have any comments on the list or additions to suggest please email OCSWA@gov.scot
