Small Society Lotteries

A small society lottery is one with proceeds of up to £20,000, of which 20% must go to purposes for which the society is conducted. The regulations covering small society lotteries set by DCMS, can be viewed by clicking on link below:

Fees - The fees apply to the registration of non-commercial societies for the promotion of small society lotteries under the Gambling Act. Scottish Ministers have exercised their powers under the Gambling Act, to prescribe the fee levels, which mirror the levels set in England and Wales.
