Scottish Government Review of Civil Partnership

On 22 September 2015, the Scottish Government published a consultation on civil partnership.  The consultation closed on 15 December 2015.  We have published:

The consultation forms part of the Government’s review of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 in Scotland.

The Scottish Government will not require existing civil partners to marry or to dissolve their civil partnership.
