Fit for Work Scotland Programme Board

The Fit for Work Scotland Programme Board has responsibility for the service in Scotland and will oversee implementation over the first 12 months of set up and early operations.

The Programme Board was chaired by Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Frances Elliot and is accountable to the Scottish Government and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Project Board.

The Terms of Reference sets out the Programme Board's full remit and membership. The Governance Paper contains details of the overall structure and reporting arrangements for the Health and Work Service in Scotland.
