Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act - Parliamentary Stages

The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 went through the three stages of parliamentary scrutiny:

Stage 1
Stage 2
  • On passing to Stage 2, 82 Amendments were lodged and given detailed consideration and voted on by the ICI Committee.
    The Bill was amended and published accordingly.
Stage 3
  • Detailed consideration was given to the Amendments lodged at this stage and the Bill passed its third and final stage of the parliamentary process on 13 May 2014, and received Royal Assent on 17 June 2014, becoming an Act.
