This framework is for the provision of a cost and time efficient taxi service within Edinburgh and immediate surrounding area.

What is in scope?

The provision of a taxi service mainly operating between various government and other locations within Edinburgh.

What is out of scope?

Taxi service outwith Edinburgh and surrounding area.

Who is this available to?

Central government
Other public bodies - Scottish Parliament Corporate Body, The Forestry Commission and other bodies named within the Public Contracts Scotland advert.

Note:  It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so.  Entitlement can be established from the terms of the OJEU advert and guidance on this can be found in Annex A of Scottish Government Guidance on Framework Agreements.  If there is any doubt, legal advice should be sought.

  • Payment (by the contractor) of an annual environmental levy.
