Captive-bred birds: changing how we regulate trading in England, Scotland and Wales.

In January 2015 Defra, the Scottish Government and the Welsh Government, published a joint consultation on ‘Captive-bred birds: changing how we regulate trading in England, Scotland and Wales’. The consultation sought views on a number of proposed changes to the way the trade in captive-bred birds is regulated in Britain.  It ran for eight weeks, from 28 January 2015 to 24 March 2015.
