Sign-in to Online Services

Sign-in to Online Services

Our Digital Public Services Strategy -  Scotland’s Digital Future: Delivery of Public Services – sets the direction for the public sector in Scotland to enable online access to an increasingly diverse range of services in an easy, secure, uniform and consistent manner.

Our approach to sign-in to online services has been developed in partnership with the Scottish public sector.  the following link sets out the agreed approach for using ‘myaccount'.

As public services become available online myaccount will allow individuals who choose to use a service to sign-in securely and easily.

If you wish to ask questions or comment on the approach you can do so via the Digital Scotland blog.

myaccount Policy - Privacy Impact Assessment

In line with good practice we have undertaken a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) on the policy to adopt a national approach to providing a secure and easy way to access public services online.
