The Fiscal Commission Working Group (FCWG) was a sub-group of the Council of Economic Advisers which helped to shape the development of a robust fiscal and macroeconomic framework for an independent Scotland.
The members were Professors Andrew Hughes Hallett, Sir Jim Mirrlees, Frances Ruane and Joseph Stiglitz. The sub-group was chaired by Crawford Beveridge.
