National Food and Drink Policy for Scotland
The aim of Scotland's Food and Drink policy is to promote Scotland's sustainable economic growth by ensuring that the Scottish Government's focus in relation to food and drink, and in particular our work with Scotland's food and drink industry, addresses quality, health and wellbeing, and environmental sustainability, recognising the need for access and affordability at the same time.
This is a National Food and Drink Policy for the 21st century. A policy which builds on the food and drink revolution underway in Scotland and delivers for everyone.
Scotland's Food and Drink Policy, Phase II is embodied in the discussion document "Recipe for Success: Scotland's National Food & Drink Policy - Becoming a Good Food Nation" located at http://www.gov.scot/Publications/2014/06/1195.
