SEEP Phase 1 Pilots Interim Evaluation Report
SEEP Phase 1 Pilots Interim Evaluation Report - Evaluation of the SEEP pilots is taking place alongside the pilot delivery with the aim of capturing lessons to inform the design of the overall programme. The evaluation process is led by teams at the University of Edinburgh and Energy Saving Trust, with support from the local authorities with funding for pilot projects. The evaluation aims to measure the impacts and benefits of energy efficiency refurbishments, as well as to understand what can be learned for the national Programme from the approaches used to design and deliver pilot projects. This document reports on the progress of the evaluation, as well as some early lessons.
