Mid Market Rent (MMR) - Monitoring Forms (2012-2014): Main Findings and Comparison to RSL Tenant Characteristics

In 2014 the Scottish Government undertook some internal analysis of log forms sent in by households who had MMR/NHT lets, covering the period 2012-2014. This may help to give a picture of the type of households who benefit from this segment of the AHSP. It is important to note that not all households return the log forms, so the total numbers will be less than units delivered under these programmes, and the data is indicative rather than comprehensive.
